NYC Townhouse
Behind the imposing sandstone façade of this 1887 Queen Anne mansion overlooking Central Park, is a luxuriously modern interior that pays homage to its distinguished past.
Working in collaboration with WSL Architect, we respectfully renovated this historic building to create a contemporary home for a young family in which to live, work and play. The grey and white colour palette modernises the original heritage architecture while timber and brass accents deliver a sense of refined luxury that is tactile and warm. As always, lighting plays a dual role, with bespoke Roll & Hill light fixtures defining the main living areas. The result is an urban oasis where the client can take in all that this iconic city has to offer from the privacy and comfort of their own home.
